Hospitality

How far is the hotel from the center?
Our hotel is in the center, on the main square of the town, inside there is a beautiful park.

Is the hotel in the ZTL?
Yes, Guests are requested to communicate the license plate of the vehicle and will have permission to reach the Hotel, exclusively from gate No. 3, of the municipality of Lacco Ameno.

How many rooms do you have?
We have 90 rooms located in two bodies: the main body, where there is a restaurant room for breakfast and dinner, the spa, bar and lobby, and a body in the garden, near the pools.

What kind of rooms does the hotel have?
We have double rooms: standard, comfort and superior, the difference between the categories is only the size of the room – single rooms – comfort and superior rooms with one or two extra beds and a suite.

Is there an elevator present?
Yes, only four rooms located in the garden can be reached through an ancient staircase.

Does it have parking facilities?
Private parking is available for guests while spaces last.

Is there a green area inside the hotel?
We have a lush garden with various shaded areas.

Does the hotel have swimming pools?
We have two indoor pools, in a winter garden, and in the park an outdoor seawater pool, a thermo-mineral pool with waterfalls, a large whirlpool only pool, two Kneip pools, Kneip vascular path. There is also a Finnish sauna and a thermal steam cave.

Is use of these services included in the fee?
Yes, these services are included

Is it possible to play sports?
We have a tennis court.

Facilities

What are the check in and check out times?
Check in is possible from 2 p.m. – check out until 11 a.m.

Is it possible to leave at the Hall the luggage after checking out?
Gladly, it is possible to leave them at the concierge desk.

Is it possible to have lunch/dinner at the hotel?
We have two restaurants including one outdoor restaurant for lunch in our park (operating from mid-May to mid-September).

Is there a bar service?
We have two bars, one of which is by the pools where you can also order food.

Can spa treatments be given? (mud baths – baths)
Certainly, we are affiliated with the National Health Service; by having a referral issued by your primary care physician, you only pay the health care co-payment.

Are wellness treatments, massages, beauty treatments carried out?
Certainly, you are spoiled for choice!

Are they chargeable?
Yes, all treatments are to be paid for separately.
